What are the hours of operation?

Open Year-Round
Wednesdays: 5pm – 10pm
Fridays: 6am – Noon
Saturdays & Sundays: 7am – 4pm

What is the admission fee?

Admission is $3 for adults. Children under 3 are free. Veterans and active military are free with valid ID.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, parking is free.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes, we have three restrooms located throughout the facility.

Do you take credit cards? Do the vendors?

We currently do not take credit cards for admission or concessions. Some vendors do accept credit cards, but most work with cash. There are ATMs located at every entrance and a few inside the park, as well.

How do I become a vendor?

Can I bring my dog with me?

No, pets are not allowed. We do allow service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Service animals must be under the control of the handler at all times.

Can I bring in food or drinks?

You may bring in a bottle of water per person. No outside food or alcohol is allowed. We do offer food, drinks and beer at our concessions.

Can I bring my firearm?

No firearms are allowed on the property.

Can I bring a bag or backpack?

Yes. All bags and backpacks are subject to search at the entrances.

What type of merchandise can I expect to find?

Phoenix Park 'n Swap has something to offer everyone. New items, “garage sale” items, a wide variety of services and unexpected treasures fill our lot. You never know what you may find on any given day!

Are the concessions and carnival rides open year round?

Yes. Shoppers can enjoy the rides and concessions all year long.

Do you rent strollers or wheelchairs?

No, we do not have strollers or wheelchairs available.

Where can I get a tattoo or piercing?

We have a tattoo and beauty shop located on the northeast side of the property.
