Phoenix Park ‘n Swap offers a private party sales area where anyone can display a car or truck for sale.

How To Sell A Vehicle

  1. Auto Row spaces may be reserved in advance for the current month at the Ticket Office during regular office hours. Auto Row purchases must be made in person. Cash only.
  2. A single space is provided for a single vehicle. Vendors should occupy one space only for each vehicle in the sales area.
  3. All vehicles must have current registration for the vehicle to enter the Auto Row sales area.
  4. No tires, rims or any merchandise may be sold.
  5. Overnight parking is available for $5 per vehicle, per day.
  6. No alcohol may be brought into the Auto Row area unless it was lawfully purchased at a Phoenix Park ‘n Swap concession. Violation of this policy will result in expulsion from the property and no refund will be issued

What do I need to bring?

You must have photo identification to purchase a space. You must be prepared to handle the entirety of the transaction between you and the buyer. We offer no title, sales or transfer services. We merely provide the location for buyers to find your vehicle.

Can I do test drives?

You are able to take the vehicle off the property to do test drives with potential buyers. The speed limit for vehicles on the lot is 3 mph. You must keep your space ticket with the vehicle for it to be allowed re-entry to the property.

Auto is open from 4pm to 10pm Wednesdays, and from 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday
