Phoenix Park 'n Swap
The Phoenix Park ‘n Swap first opened in the early 1960s when the management team at American Greyhound Racing decided to better utilize their empty parking lot when the racetrack was closed. This was a great use of underutilized space. And while it started with just three vendors and a drink stand, it was their foresight that led to the market known throughout the Phoenix area today.
